Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how Print Manager Pro collects, uses, and protects your information.

Effective Date: March 1, 2026 · Last Updated: March 1, 2026

Print Farm HQ ("we," "us," or "our") operates Print Manager Pro, a SaaS platform for managing 3D printing operations, available at printmanagerpro.com and through our iOS mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect information you provide directly, including:

  • Name and email address
  • Authentication credentials (password hash or OAuth provider token)
  • Company or organization name
  • Profile preferences and settings

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including:

  • Features accessed and actions taken (e.g., adding filament spools, logging maintenance)
  • Subscription tier and billing events
  • Timestamps and frequency of use
  • Error and crash reports

Device Information

We may collect information about the device you use to access the Service, including:

  • Device type, operating system, and browser type
  • IP address and approximate location (country/region)
  • Screen resolution and viewport size
  • Unique device identifiers

Business Data You Provide

The Service stores data you enter about your 3D printing operations, such as filament inventory, printer details, maintenance logs, product catalogs, pricing configurations, and uploaded STL files. This data belongs to you and is used solely to provide the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service -- authenticate your identity, store your data, and deliver the features you use
  • Improve and optimize -- analyze usage patterns to fix bugs, improve performance, and develop new features
  • Communicate with you -- send transactional emails (password resets, low-stock alerts), account notifications, and occasional product updates
  • Process payments -- manage your subscription and billing through our payment processors
  • Ensure security -- detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
  • Comply with legal obligations -- respond to legal requests and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your business data (inventory, products, pricing) for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices:

  • All data is stored in PostgreSQL databases hosted by Supabase on US-based infrastructure
  • Data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+)
  • Row Level Security (RLS) enforces strict tenant isolation -- your data is never accessible to other users or organizations
  • Authentication tokens and API keys are encrypted before storage
  • File uploads (STL files, images) are stored in Supabase Storage with access-controlled buckets
  • We perform regular security reviews and follow best practices for input validation and access control

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate and improve Print Manager Pro. Each service receives only the minimum data necessary to perform its function:

Supabase — Authentication & Database

Manages user authentication (email/password, OAuth) and hosts our PostgreSQL database. Receives your email, auth credentials, and all application data.

RevenueCat — Subscription Management

Processes and manages subscription billing across platforms. Receives your user ID, subscription tier, and purchase history.

PostHog — Product Analytics

Tracks anonymized usage patterns to help us improve the product. Receives usage events, device type, and approximate location. No business data (inventory, pricing) is sent to PostHog.

Sentry — Error Tracking

Captures error reports and performance data to help us fix bugs quickly. May receive device info, browser details, and stack traces. We scrub personally identifiable information from error reports.

Resend — Transactional Email

Delivers transactional emails such as password resets, welcome messages, and low-stock alerts. Receives your email address and email content.

Apple & Google — Sign-In Providers

If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address from these providers. We do not receive or store your Apple or Google account password.

5. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access -- request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction -- update or correct inaccurate information through your account settings or by contacting us
  • Deletion -- request deletion of your account and all associated data. We will process deletion requests within 30 days
  • Export -- export your data in standard formats (CSV) through the application's built-in export features
  • Opt out of analytics -- disable analytics tracking in your account settings
  • Withdraw consent -- unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@printmanagerpro.com.

6. Children's Privacy

Print Manager Pro is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@printmanagerpro.com and we will promptly delete such information.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
